Empty Home Grants are available throughout the Valleys taskforce area to provide grants of up to £25,000 to complete renovations, with £5000 of this reserved exclusively for renewable energy measures such as solar PV.

Applicants for the Empty Home Grant must be owners or prospective owners, who intend to occupy the empty home as their main residence, for a minimum 5-year period from the date of the certification of grant.
